I offer you to make a simple paper toy in performance, but with an original idea. It will be a paper fortune teller, which will help in a funny form to answer many questions. In my instruction you will learn how to make origami fortune teller in a few steps.
Origami fortune teller
Total Time: 15 minutes
Step 1: Get the materials
Prepare 1 large sheet and small pieces of colored double-sided paper. The color is not important here, choose the one you like.
Step 2: Fold the square in half in both directions
Fold the orange square in half twice in different directions. You should get cross folds that are at right angles.
Step 3: Make the large square into a small one
Fold all 4 corners to the center.
Step 4: Work on the reverse side of the square
Flip the piece over to the other side.
Step 5: Fold the corners toward the center of the square
Here again, fold all the corners to the center.
Step 6: Make a rectangle from the square
On the resulting small square, once again mark the cross folds. To do this, first fold the square in half in one direction.
Step 7: Unfold the square and fold in the cross direction
Unfold the piece and make a fold in the other direction.
Step 8: Unfold the piece and press the 4 sides inward
Spread the piece into a square shape and use 4 fingers to press the sides into the center line.
Step 9: Make the corners bulky
The sides have petals that you need to fold back. You have already made the base of your origami fortune teller.
Step 10: Decorating the craft
Cut 4 hearts out of pieces of colored paper to decorate the fortune teller.
Step 11: Glue the hearts onto the fortune teller
Glue them on the outside squares of your craft.
Step 12: Mark the numbers on the fortune teller
On the opposite side there are 8 small triangles. In each of them write the corresponding numbers. If you want, you can write a detailed transcription of the fortune telling below them.
Step 13: Use your craft
Next, make the craft three-dimensional again. Your origami fortune-teller is ready to answer any questions.

- square of orange paper 21×21 cm;
- small pieces of colored paper.
Tools:
- scissors;
- felt tip pen;
- glue stick.
